The congress thesis

We no longer compete with industrial estates. We compete with territories.

The industrial area of the 21st century is no longer land with warehouses: it has become a platform for competitiveness — sustainability, habitat, business cohesion and talent retention. The regions that grasp this first will attract the industries of the future; those that don't will watch them pass by.

Behind every area that works there is professional management, day-to-day operation and on-the-ground knowledge. The managers of the EGMs (business-area management entities) know the companies, the flows and the real problems that never show up on the plans. The congress puts that perspective at the heart of the debate.
